The Agile Fluency model really helped me structure my thoughts. It’s changed the course of my career.

Brent Miller, Organizational Architect, New Relic

Developed by Agile industry pioneers Diana Larsen and James Shore, the Agile Fluency Suite is designed for independent advisors, internal coaches, and team leaders to systematically steward the transition to excellence in Agile.

As an external advisor, the Agile Fluency Suite is your toolkit to build relationships with influential leaders responsible for at least five teams, enabling diagnostic fees of $5,000 to $10,000 per team and total engagements of $50,000 to $250,000 and beyond.

Internally, expect improvements of 5-10% or more per team, leading to improvements worth $50-100K per team per year.

Make a Giant Leap in Your Career with The Agile Fluency Suite

Designed to serve as a framework to systematically engage new clients, diagnose weak points, and guide systematic change, the Suite provides a framework to dramatically improve your clients’ organizations, and as a result, your career.

The Agile Fluency Model

The Agile Fluency Model acts as the overarching guiding light for engagements and provides a framework to guide systemic change. The video shares more about the methodology: The Agile Fluency Model Explained.

The Agile Fluency Diagnostic

The Agile Fluency Diagnostic serves as your benchmarking tool. It’s an ideal entry point for new client organizations and provides a baseline measurement to use to assess ongoing initiatives. Many use the assessment bi-annually to reset priorities and measure impact.

The Agile Fluency Improvement Cycle

The Agile Fluency Improvement Cycle (shown below) provides a systematic way to guide dramatic Agile transformations. This video talks more about this approach and its impact on your client organizations: How to Influence Leaders with the Agile Fluency Improvement Cycle.
